NYC phenom artist Molly Crabapple invites you to the NY debut of ‘The Molly Crabapple Collection by Dirtee Hollywood’ From the New York Times to Marvel Comics, Molly Crabapple has fostered an impressive wrap sheet including illustrating eight books. She is also the creator of Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School, a cabaret-life-drawing class with 120 branches around the world.
The evening will feature ten Dr. Sketchy’s models including Molly’s muse, famous burlesque dancer, Amber Ray. The models will be styled with a hint of Marie Antoinette wearing exaggerated updoes and curls accented with lingerie and stockings. The first 150 guests will receive a complimentary sketchpad to participate and unleash their own passionate drawings. Molly Crabapple will be sketching at a giant canvas, creating a unique illustration which will be an addition to her collection. She also created an epic window installation for the event.
